Our expansion journey has always been focused on offering unparalleled curly hair expertise in diverse locations. As we bid adieu to our Ringwood Salon, we’re excitedly embracing this new chapter. This fresh space is more than just a salon – it’s a space where Head Shed’s warmth and expertise will flourish.
Shimayne will remain in our Ringwood Studio although as she focusses more on running the business her appointments will be limited.
A Place of Convenience and Charm:
Nestled in the heart of Wimborne, our new salon is nestled among local artisan sellers, right next to a charming bakery. With convenient parking at the local co-op and accessible public transport options, your journey to vibrant curls has never been easier.
Our new address is 17 Mill Lane, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 1JQ.

We believe the right ambiance elevates the salon experience. Our new space is thoughtfully designed to retain the cozy atmosphere that defines Head Shed. The space is larger however as the room is divided into two sections so we will still have 2 stations in each area. We'll be transferring our charming and relaxing decor that you have come to love over to the new salon too.
The Transition:
Starting September 5th, stylists Teresa and Jen will be at your service in our new salon. If you’ve already scheduled appointments with them after this date, rest assured – your bookings will effortlessly transition to our new location. Emails will be sent out shortly with our new location and your reminder texts and emails will have the new location details on.
With this new salon, we’re ushering in a fresh era of nurturing beautiful curls. The Head Shed experience you adore – from personalised services to our ethical practices – remains steadfast. Stay tuned to our channels for updates and developments as we embark on this journey together.
