However, like many small businesses, we've encountered a growing issue with last-minute cancellations and, regrettably, no-shows. These actions, though they may seem small, can have a significant impact on our business and our ability to serve all of you to the best of our abilities
Our new cancellation policy, which requires card details for online bookings, will help us address this issue.
If you book an appointment and don't show, you'll be charged 100% of the service cost. For those who cancel within 72 hours of the appointment, there will be a 50% charge.
